Overview

Founded in 1965, the Society of University Neurosurgeons (SUNS) has been a premier organization devoted to the advancement of research, education, and scholarship within the field of Neurosurgery.  The SUN Annual Meeting remains the premier neurosurgical summer meeting venue that gathers thought leaders, research experts, and stakeholders in academic medicine to meet at the Institution of the Local Host.  The Host Department and University provide the venue for an intense and free-spirited discourse and exchange of ideas.  Attendees have the opportunity to observe and discuss the host academics’ approach to today’s evolving healthcare challenges.
